Full-time fitness industry professional since February 2004 (AUSactive Level 3 Registered Professional). Strength & Conditioning Coach for clubs in VAFA Premier & GVL (Australian Rules Football) and NPL (Soccer).
Competitive involvement in multiple sports from youth, including representative football, tennis, athletics and swimming. 2014 achievement: 1st place in 30-34 age group, Triathlon Victoria's Victorian Aquathlon Championship.
Approximately 35 outdoor sessions weekly. Standard week includes 3x weights, 3x swim sessions, plus mobility work, cycling, tennis, and beach volleyball.
