Magnetic Island: Saturday 15 August – Saturday 22 August 2020

7 nights resort accommodation, meals, a morning cardio and evening resistance training session each day, a morning mobility and evening flexibility/core/relaxation session each day, a nutrition seminar, a 1on1 PT session, a travel fitness gift pack, and optional group activities during the middle of each day.

Accommodation consists of modest 3 star rooms and a modest gym, however the resort boasts a large magnesium pool, two recently resurfaced tennis courts, and vast lawn areas for training, and is ideally located to actively explore the whole island, being at the foot of the Walking Track and backing on to the National Park for a peaceful serenity, yet a short walk from the Central Hub of Nelly Bay. The popular Alma and Horseshoe Bays are integrated into our training/activities, as well as exploring the beautiful secluded beaches in between, which are only accessible by Walking Track (or boat)!

Gold Coast: Thursday 1 October – Monday 5 October 2020

4 nights’ accommodation in a 5 star resort, featuring outstanding fitness training facilities (used by elite sporting teams for their training camps), with 5 action packed days to maximise value, kicked off by taking the Fri 6am flight from Melb (or 7am flight from Syd), arriving at GC Airport by 8am, ready to board our team vehicle shortly afterwards, to drive to and climb Mt Warning, prior to checking in at the resort. Our luxurious accommodation is set on the Australian PGA golf course, offering a relaxed and secluded setting, with all the world-renowned beaches and tourist activities, only a short distance away.

Challenging fitness training, including a 1on1 PT and personalised program to take home (in addition to the twice daily Small Group Training sessions), combined with relaxation, nutrition, mobility, wellness, and inclusion of meals. With standard rooms comprising two double beds, sharing a room is a value enhancing option for consideration, whilst a Superior King room ensures there is an option for everyone!
