Magnetic Island Retreat

A week-long immersive fitness retreat on stunning Magnetic Island, North Queensland. Accommodation consists of modest 3 star rooms and a modest gym, however the resort boasts a large magnesium pool, two recently resurfaced tennis courts, and vast lawn areas for training, and is ideally located to actively explore the whole island, being at the foot of the Walking Track and backing on to the National Park for a peaceful serenity, yet a short walk from the Central Hub of Nelly Bay.

The popular Alma and Horseshoe Bays are integrated into our training/activities, as well as exploring the beautiful secluded beaches in between, which are only accessible by Walking Track (or boat)!

Gold Coast Retreat

An action-packed 5-day retreat at a luxurious 5-star resort set on the Australian PGA golf course, offering a relaxed and secluded setting, with all the world-renowned beaches and tourist activities only a short distance away.

Departure is Friday 6am from Melbourne or 7am from Sydney, arriving 8am at Gold Coast Airport. The adventure begins immediately with a Mt Warning climb before resort check-in! With standard rooms comprising two double beds, sharing a room is a value enhancing option for consideration, whilst a Superior King room ensures there is an option for everyone!
