Professional Experience:

Full time in Fitness Industry since Feb 2004 (AUSactive Level 3 Registered Professional). Strength & Conditioning Coach for Clubs in VAFA Premier & GVL (Aussie Rules), and NPL (Soccer).

Sports:

Competitive involvement in a large number of sports from a young age, including representative football, tennis, athletics and swimming. Most recent achievement was 1st place in 30-34 year age group at Triathlon Victoria’s 2014 Victorian Aquathlon Championship.

Weekly Exercise Routine:

Outside of the heavy load of running I do whilst conducting approx 35 outdoor sessions, my standard week consists of 3 x weights, 2 x swim, 2 x core, as well as some boxing, cycling, tennis, and beach volleyball.

Personal interests:

In addition to my structured sport and exercise, I enjoy heading to the beach, working on the family farm, and catching up with mates (generally based around watching, or playing sport)!

I have worked in the fitness industry since 1998, training in various gyms, fitness centres and outdoor areas, as well as onsite for a number of corporations and schools.

Sports:

I particularly enjoy tennis, netball, swimming and running but will have a go at almost anything!

Running, High Intensity Circuit Work and Body Conditioning Exercises.

Personal Interests:

In addition to playing the above sports and helping clients achieve their health and fitness goals, I love watching AFL, catching up with family and friends, going to the beach and hanging with my gorgeous dog.
